Day 1: Bangkok - Arrival

After arriving at Bangkok Airport, BestPrices tour guide and private driver will transfer you to the hotel in Bangkok.

Start checking in at the hotel and spend your time relaxing during your first day in Bangkok.

Day 2: Bangkok City Tour

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the city tour.

We visit the Grand Royal Palace, which is home to Thailand's royal family first. The majestic Wat Phra Kaew, famous for housing the Emerald Buddha Statue, is located inside the same complex.

After exploring this structure, we move on to Wat Pho, a huge building with the lying Buddha, and then head to Wat Traimit, also called the Golden Buddha.

Boarding a long tail boat in the afternoon for a tour around the Chao Phraya River and other busy inner canals that provide amazing views of nearby local life. We make a pit break at Wat Arun, the Aube temple, on the route.

Return to the hotel and spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 3: Maeklong Railway market - Damnoen Saduak floating market - Patom Organic Village

Morning

Lets leave Bangkok early in the morning for a wonderful itinerary today.

First, we might stop at the Maeklong railway market in the southwest, where we take pictures and have some local snacks. Then, take a motorboat ride down the river to the charming Damnoen Saduak, a rural floating market Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, we will visit the Patom Organic Village, which opens only on Saturday & Sunday. You have the chance to learn more about the path taken by organic raw materials to become Patom goods and experience the traditional Thai way of life here. Moreover, you can participate in the carefully chosen hands-on programs and immerse yourself in the philosophy of organic living.

Return to Bangkok and spend the night in the city.

Day 4: Bangkok - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, our driver will take you to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once getting off the plane, you would be transferred to the city hotel and carry on the check-in process.

Day 5: Cooking Class - Cu Chi Tunnels

Morning

Start todays trip at 7:30 to reach the Ho Chi Minh Agricultural Village at 8:45.

At the small town, you can visit the areas where people rear cows and buffalos. You might also take a short tour to the rice field and vegetable gardens.

At 10:00, you can participate in a cooking challenge, which gives you many cooking tips for healthy meals, certificates, recipes, and souvenirs in the end. Enjoy lunch with the meal that you have prepared by yourself.

Afternoon

At 13:30, we will come to the Rice Paper Factory to explore the making rice paper process and tour Rubber Tree Forest to understand the way local residents collect the latex.

After then, head to Cu Chi Tunnels at around 14:15. Spend time to discover the history of the Vietnam War and enjoy some unique activities until 16:00.

Back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6: Day trip to Mekong Delta at Tan Phong Island

Morning

After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Cai Be tourist pier to visit Cai Be floating market. You will have the chance to visit Com Candy Craft Village for seeing the candy nuggets production process and trying freshly baked sweet nuggets, together with the bee farm for tasting honey tea.

The boat continues to take guests to Tan Phong island to experience garden tourism that offers the local specialty seasonal fruit gardens such as durian, rambutan, longan, plum, jackfruit, etc.

Next, you can participate in the garden folk music exchange with local garden artists and enjoy a cup of tea and welcome fruit from the host.

After that, lets continue to experience dinghy sailing in a small canal around Tan Phong island to Mekong Ecolodge to participate in cooking and lunch activities.

After lunch, you take a walk around the Mekong Ecolodge campus to see fruit gardens and colorful flower gardens. Here, you can pick fruits for free on the spot, such as apples, cherry, guava, strawberry, etc.

Afternoon

Around 13:00, the boat takes the guests back to Cai Be tourist pier. All the tourists might receive bicycles to start the journey to discover and participate in activities with the people on Tan Phong Island.

We will explore how to knit a hammock with banana rope, how to knit water hyacinth or how to make nail files with bamboo sticks with locally available materials. After all, cycle back to Ecolodge, and around 15:00, the boat takes guests back to Cai Be tourist pier. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 7: Flight to Hanoi

Enjoy your breakfast and transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for a flight to Hanoi. After arriving at Noi Bai Airport, you will be transferred to hotel and handle the check-in. The rest of the day is yours.

Day 8: Hanoi City Tour - Bat Trang Village

Morning

After breakfast and at around 8:00, lets start the morning journey to some historical sites in Hanoi. On the transfer way, our tour guide will give you some brief information about the itinerary.

The first stop is the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum at Ba Dinh Square. This is a huge monument in Hanoi honoring the president of Vietnam that is in renovation from June through August every year. (Only the outside of the complex may be photographed while visiting other areas of the building.)

One Pillar Pagoda, which is quite near the Mausoleum, is the next stop. This one-of-a-kind structure is supported by only one wooden pole.

Vietnam First University, Temple of Literature, is the final destination to visit in the morning. In the Ly dynasty, this temple served as a Confucius emblem.

After that, we will have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

At around 13:00, our guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Bat Trang Village, which might take about 20 minutes.

As soon as you arrive, start your half-day trip to discover more about the customs and handicrafts of this long-gone typical town in the Red River delta.

As you go through the village, you will come across many ceramic businesses and visit a ceramic studio to find out how porcelain is made. You will get a unique opportunity to practice producing your own ceramics.

You may then create your own souvenir to take home with the proprietor of the workshop's assistance. Wait for the store owner to dry it for a time before you create and embellish your own work of art as you choose.

Next, take some time to explore the ceramic and porcelain market in the village to appreciate the local handicrafts and learn more about them from your guide.

After that, finish your half-day Bat Trang village tour and return to Hanoi.

Day 9: Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc

Morning

From 7:30 to 8:00, a shuttle van will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Ninh Binh. Be sure to pause while you drive to enjoy the serene scenery of the local countryside.

Arriving at Tam Coc, you may start a 2-hour adventure on a bamboo boat that is being rowed by locals and will take you around the vast river.

Continue traveling downstream on the Ngo Dong River for the remainder of your journey, taking the opportunity to breathe clean air as a means of unbending

Explore the three large caverns' limestone karst formations, then take a meandering trip by rice fields and monasteries on the way to and from the caves.

Visit any restaurant in the area for lunch, and while you're there, place an order for one of the neighborhood's signature meals.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, we will spend time in Hoa Lu, Vietnam's historic capital that goes back 1,000 years, then visit the Temple of King Dinh and King Le, which is accessible by crossing the bridge that way.

Spend the night in Ninh Binh.

Day 10: Ninh Binh - Halong Bay - Overnight on Cruise

Morning

Around 8:00, you will be transferred to Tuan Chau port for a 3-day-2-night trip on Halong Bay.

During the 3-hour travel, you might stop for a quick break at the station along the route.

Around 11:30 to 12:00, we will arrive at the port and get ready to join the ship for your journey. Lunch will be provided after check-in as the boat cruises by the stunning limestone islands.

Afternoon

Following your cruise's program, which can involve thrilling activities like sightseeing, kayaking, or swimming throughout the afternoon.

Return to the boat at 17:30, where you may take part in a cookery lesson or take advantage of the buy one, get one free beverage program during the sunset party.

Evening

Returning to the boat, you will be given lunch with a selection of foods in the elegant restaurant with modern amenities.

Later on, the ship will bring you to a spotless beach area where you are free to go swimming or kayaking.

As you make your way back to the cruise, have a beverage while listening to calming or energetic music as you watch the sunset over Ha Long Bay.

Night

Dine at the restaurant on the cruise while seeing the bay's calm beauty. Experience Ha Long Bay's nightlife as the sun goes down from the upper deck of the boat.

Enjoy a beverage from the bar, lose yourself in the music, and unwind on the boat. Alternatively, you may go squid fishing with the sailors or just unwind in your accommodation and take in the view of Ha Long Bay from the balcony.

Begin the last day with a Tai Chi lesson at 6:00 on the deck, then have a quick breakfast at the café. Tea, coffee, classic Pho or Bun Ca, pastries, and more items are available.

The cruise program will then continue as you explore Halong Bay by going to a cave, going on a rowing boat ride, or swimming in the cold sea. (The schedule depends on each cruises itinerary.)

Get back to the boat and check out. When the cruise ships arrive back at the harbor, have brunch.

Get off the board between 11:00 and 12:00 and bid the crew farewell. You will be transferred to Hanoi by our driver.

Afternoon

You have Hanoi to yourself for the evening; you are free to independently explore the city.
